*If you have sensitive skin, skip this point and move to the next. Direct application means using the essential oil full strength on your mole with first diluting it. This can be harsh on some people’s skin.
In direct application, we’re going to use just a drop of essential oil applied directly on the mole itself. For this, you need to first protect the healthy skin surrounding the mole. To do this, apply Vaseline, lotion or any carrier oil of choice on this skin. Now get a drop of oregano or frankincense oil on a Q-tip or clean finger and dab it on the mole. You may place a band-aid on it or choose not to. Repeat this application 3 times a day for 7days until your mole falls off.
2. With Castor Oil
Castor oil has discutient properties that help get rid of skin growths like warts, skin tags, moles and more. To use it, pour ¼ tsp or more (depending on the size of your mole) of castor oil onto a small dish then add a drop of oregano or frankincense essential oil. Mix together with a q-tip and apply on your mole. Repeat this application 3 times a day for 7-14 days until your mole falls off.
3. With Castor Oil & Baking Soda
Mix two pinches of baking soda with ¼ tsp of castor oil. Now add a drop of oregano or frankincense essential oil and stir well. Apply this paste on your mole 3 times a day for 7-14 days.
How Long will it Take to See Results?
Essential oils are very effective in getting rid of moles. But even so, patience and consistency of application is crucial. Do not give up half way. You may see results from 7-14 days. If it’s a big mole, it may take longer. For most people, the mole dries up and falls off within 7-14 days. When the mole falls off, you may be left with pink skin underneath. However, this is sure to heal quickly. Good luck!
