Many people are guilty of not cleaning their makeup brushes. It’s easy to just dump them back in the jar or drawer after using because, laziness, too little time, etc, etc. Besides, you’re only using it on your own face not anybody else’s so nothing’s gonna happen, right? Wrong. Your face can very well break out if you don’t clean your makeup brushes.

These tools can pick up many germs, dirt and grime while stored inside. Not to mention, your face is always producing sebum and dead cells that collect up in the brushes.

If you don’t want to get clogged pores and pus-filled pimples on your face, then it’s time to give those makeup brushes a bath and have a good long soak at that!
