What you need
- 1 cup sesame oil (where to get it)
- 10 drops sandalwood oil (where to get it)

- 10 drops lavender oil (where to get it)
- 8 oz amber glass bottle (where to get it)

Directions
- Using a small funnel, pour 1 cup of sesame oil into your amber glass bottle.
- Carefully drip 10 drops each of sandalwood, geranium, rose and lavender oils into the bottle.
- Close the bottle and shake gently to combine everything.
- Your DIY massage oil is ready! Store in a cool dry place.
- To use for a body massage, pour about 2-3 tbsp of the massage oil in a bowl then take it to the shower with you. Apply the oils all over your body then massage using firm pressure, kneading and pressing the muscles. Let the oil penetrate for 30 minutes then take a shower or bath.
