What you need
- 4 drops lavender oil
- 3 drops peppermint oil
- 4 drops lemon oil
- 2 drops tea tree or frankincense oil

» Foot massage therapy – Mix together the above oils in 1 – 2 tsp of grapeseed oil. Massage this blend onto your feet, then cover them with a pair of comfortable socks and go to bed.
» Roller bottle recipe – Triple the measurements above and add the essential oils to a 10 ml roller bottle. Top up with a carrier oil of choice such as fractionated coconut oil or olive oil. Roll on the forehead, back of neck and shoulders.
» Facial steaming – Reduce all the oils to one drop each and add it to a pot containing 3 cups of boiling steamy water. Place the pot carefully on a table then using a towel, create a tent over your head and the pot.
