What you need
- 2 tbsp beeswax pastilles (where to get it)
- 2 tbsp fractionated coconut oil (where to get it)
- 20 – 25 drops of essential oil or essential oil blend
- Double boiler (where to get it)
- 2 oz solid perfume tin (where to get it)
Method
- Melt the beeswax pastilles and fractionated coconut oil in a double boiler. You can create a makeshift double boiler by placing the beeswax and fractionated coconut oil in a medium-sized bowl. Now rest the bowl over a pot of ¼ cup of water on medium low heat.
- Once it has melted, let it cool down for a couple of minutes then stir in the essential oils. Transfer to a salve tin or empty lockets.
- Let it set in the refrigerator until it hardens.
