DIY Essential Oil Facial Mist Recipe
What you Need
- ½ cup rose hydrosol (where to get it)
- 7 drops of essential oil of choice *select from above
- 1 tsp witch hazel (where to get it)
- 4 oz amber glass spray bottle (where to get it)
Method
- Into your amber spray bottle, add in 1 tsp of witch hazel.
- Now drop in your essential oil of choice.
- Swirl the bottle to mix up the ingredients until well combined.
- Pour in the rose hydrosol and close the cap.
- Gently shake the bottle to combine all the ingredients.
- To use, mist on your face after washing your face then let it dry. Or, if you’re in a hurry, pat your face dry with a clean towel.
- Moisturize as usual.
Caution
Do a patch test on your inner elbow for 30 minutes to check that the above essential oils are safe for you to use without any negative reactions.
