If you want to give your kids an essential oil milk bath, here are dilution ratios you can follow:
For babies, use ½ cup of whole milk and 3-5 drops of essential oil in a small baby bathtub.
For children, use 1 cup of whole milk and 10 drops of essential oil in an adult tub with little water.

What you Need
- 2 cups whole milk
- ½ cup wild flower honey
- 15 drops lavender oil
- 15 drops geranium oil
- Organic rose petals
- Pyrex measuring cup
Method
- Into a Pyrex measuring cup, add 2 cups of whole milk then warm it.
- Now dissolve in wild flower honey.
- Stir in the essential oils.
- Voila! Your milk bath mixture is ready!
- To use, first take a shower.
- Then draw a hot or warm bath and pour this mixture into it.
- Stir with your hand then sprinkle in a handful of rose petals.
- Soak for 20 minutes or more while relaxing.
