10 Amazing Essential Oil Blends for Studying
1. Burn the Midnight Oil
- 5 drops wild orange (where to get it)
- 5 drops peppermint (where to get it)
- Aroma therapy inhaler (where to get it)
Remove the wick from your personal inhaler then add the oils to it. Place it back and inhale deeply to wake up!
2. Homework Help
- 5 drops wild orange (where to get it)
- 5 drops peppermint (where to get it)
- 2 drops frankincense (where to get it)
- High quality diffuser (where to get it)
Add enough water (about 90 – 100 ml) to your diffuser followed by the above oils. Diffuse right before studying for concentration and mental clarity.
3. Super Memory
- 10 drops rosemary (where to get it)
- 16 drops lemon (where to get it)
- 2 drop cinnamon (where to get it)
- 10 drops lavender (where to get it)
- Grapeseed oil (where to get it)

Combine oils in a 2 oz amber dropper bottle and add 1.5 oz of grapeseed oil. Add just two drops of this blend on your palm, rub together and inhale deeply.

How to Use Essential Oil Blends for Studying
» In your Diffuser
Add any of the above blends to your cold air diffuser, USB diffuser or alarm clock diffuser.
» Room Spray
In an amber glass spray bottle, add ½ cup distilled water and any of the above essential oil blends for studying. Keep it near you when studying and spray it around when you need more motivation.
» Roll-On
Remove the roller ball from a roller bottle. You can use an opener tool like this one. Add the above oil blends then top with fractionated coconut oil, sweet almond oil or grapeseed oil (basically any plant oils with a thin consistency). Place back the roller ball, close the bottle, shake then roll on your inner elbow, behind ears, back of neck, base of skull, forehead, temples and other desired areas.
» Dropper Bottle
Add the above blend to an amber glass dropper bottle then top with any plant oil, preferably fractionated coconut oil. Shake well. To use, add a drop or two on your palms then rub them together. Cup your palms over your nose and inhale deeply.
» Clothing Spray
Mist your spray with a amber spray bottle containing ½ cup distilled water, 1 tsp aloe vera gel and any of the other essential oil blends for studying.
